Adaptability

Found another quality a house officer must have... the ability to adapt quickly to changes.

i've just gotten so used to my pace at work (which is rather slow and relaxing now... heh) and familiar with the people i work with and it's time to change team again! haaiii... it's back to being blur at the beginning of the month, not knowing the quirks and habits of our superiors, being really meek and scared cos we're in foreign grounds and there might be landmines anywhere...

it's good la... tt we get exposed to different fields, get to know more ppl and maximise our time in this 4-month posting. but it's really a nuisance... starting from scratch all over again.

i guess i've just been really lucky to be in nice teams. been working with nice ppl until i dun wanna leave the teams... haha! if ppl are mean to me, i wouldn't be complaining abt changing teams.
