Causes of tachycardia

MBBS clinicals!!

sheesh... i'm seriously seriously getting very freaked out. my heart rate is increasing at an exponential rate as the clock ticks. oh my goodness... my med short case is less than 24 hours away!!

ARGHH!! 100 beats per minute... i just measured.

my head's slowly exploding too. lots n lots of possible scenarios keep getting played in my head. if unilateral ptosis, i would first check if it's correctable, then check position of the eye, then check pupil size and pupillary reflex to light. finally do extra-ocular movements. if horner's... i'll be asked on causes... so i must rattle off this this this. if hepatomegaly + jaundice, what r the causes... if hepatosplenomegaly, what causes... if splenomegaly with jaundice, what causes... I'M GOING MAD!!! (sorry for the jargon my frens...)

my psychological health is deteriorating too... i'm starting to form grandiose delusions... in order to boost up my confidence. gerri... u're soo goood at it! u're gonna appear sooo confident! the profs are gonna be so impressed with u.. dun worry, go show off what u're so good at! haha!! xiao liao...

please let everything be alright... i'm super super scared now... can't imagine what i'll be like 1 minute before the exam... or worse! during the exam itself!!
