Ugly girl

i'm sure many have heard this well-known saying: "there're no ugly girls in this world, just lazy girls." haha! i think they've forgotten to add "POOR" and "BUSY" into the equation.

Alas! i have all 3 in the equation... that's why acne's popping out recently... i can feel my tummy bulging out day by day... and my hair's like an unkempt bush in a drought!

well... if i have paeds, o n g, med, general surg, ortho, e med, derm, infectious disease ( i can go on n on n on... ahhh!) to mug, u think i have time to beautify myself? when the hair treatment cream bottle says "massage into towel-dried hair and leave in for 30 minutes, rinse off with warm water"? when gym or pilates routines need 1 hour at least? plus i'm so tired from studying, where got energy to go run?

haha! according to the fann wong beauty show, some artistes take 30 minutes to pamper themselves in the shower everyday... with body scrubs, foot scrubs, aromatherapy baths, etc. and besides tt, also lather on body lotions, hair creams, etc. where got time?

what's more, dun forget i'm still a parasite in the family... no money to go for any of those spa, facial treatments... to go for hair-do makeover, i usually hafta scrimp and save before i can go for one.

haha... see? so if u're rich and free, u have no excuse to not looking pretty. u're expected to... unless u're a lazy bum. but poor and busy me'll hafta make do with looking less than pretty for now... until time and money allows in the future...
