Looking Good

hmm... lots of things are looking good since the yr started!

my finance spreadsheet is looking good... for now... *crossing fingers* i've got 1/3 of the month to go... i just might be able to keep to my budget of 800 this month! woohoo!! i guess mainly cos i've been stopping myself from buying all those pretty clothes, shoes and bags. i must say even i'm impressed with myself for being able to practise such self-restraint. haha!

well... look at it this way... in my current posting, i change outta my clothes into scrubs almost within 5 min of stepping into the hospital. so all i need is some clothes to sustain me for the trip to and fro hospital. i don't really see the point in dressing up so nicely. haha! so everytime i see a piece of nice blouse or skirt i like, i just remind myself "what for?" and there! i've just saved around 40 bucks! yay! it's working so well...

i think my tan is looking good! haha! i used to have a nice tan from school days but thanks to my 12-hr shifts in my previous posting, my tan has faded completely! it's all gonna change now! i'm gonna get a decent dose of sunshine every week from now onwards! yippee!!

my exercise routine has also commenced... been pretty disciplined in gym training the past 2 weeks. i'm feeling super motivated to improve on my stamina and strength. now i know how come sports ppl have that kinda energy and determination when they train up. the endorphins and encouragement from your fellow team mates really make u feel good abt urself!

looking good eh? have kept to my resolutions so far... so far so good!
